    I would guess it would be more or less the same as the summer one but I have seen no road closure signs by Morrisons.

    How strange there has been no publicity makes me wonder if it will actually go ahead. I am not really interested either way as I think carnivals are well past their sell by date.

    I am now wearing my grumpy old lady hat.
