Don't start me off Howie, this year has been particularly bad.
I just can't understand why no one with authority wants to know.

The river today looked like the Admiralty Pier with people fishing for Mackerel. some even had hand lines.
With the spawning season over in April I don't think enough fish will hatch to cover the present losses.
