just as bad as the stealing of fish is the dog owners that encourage their hound to go into the river, must be terrifying for the ducks.

Don't start me off Howie, this year has been particularly bad.
I just can't understand why no one with authority wants to know.

The river today looked like the Admiralty Pier with people fishing for Mackerel. some even had hand lines.
With the spawning season over in April I don't think enough fish will hatch to cover the present losses.
