    One difference Paul is that the owner of Smart Stationary has another business in Dover and wants to keep his name respectable; the owner of the old Party Planners shop doesn't operate another business in Dover, or care about Dover - having said that, he did have Let's Party after Party Planners closed.

    The owners of the Party Planners building should be written to, to ask him to do it up; he was working on the flats above, but that's now stopped.
