10:2979041Moan day monday again, i bank with nationwide and have for many years lately i have found a new passion for shopping online tescos etc to be faced with problem after problem from verified by visa, first was it didnt reconise my password so reset it all was fine and dandy then couple days ago i went to shop online to be confronted with payment card not authorised then security number invalid . I rang up the head office today to be told nothing they can do!!!!!!!!! Im fuming anyone else had problems like this or am i jinxed?

10:5579048i had the same problem with the halifax for a while, always the security number, they sent me a new card after a while.

11:4379615Melissa, I had the same problem and rang them in a temper. It appears you have to use the Firefox internet browser. They told me this themselves. As I had not long received my tax demand, you can imagine that I was not in the best of tempers! Their system does not accept Internet Explorer. Try Asda, they are just as good and cheaper too.
