Well what can I say, We had an absolute cracking week away and as you know we went to York.
But were else did we go?
Over the next week if you wish, I will put up some very obscure piccies of places we visited and over time I will drop in some dead give a ways.
Don't want to bore you all to death so let me know what you think.........some super shots to follow.

OK. as you know we started off in York so will post a few photos from there and see where we end up going.
I just had to take this one as the windows date from the 1400s in this little church.
Don't know if you can see the name or the small writing but the pew enclosures where hired out to families annually. couldn't see that happening now.

The bottom picture is just about all I have ever seen of York as it resembles the view you get from the east-coast mainline.
I have heard there's a whole Viking experience to be had...smells and all.
