A projection on a spread sheet would show that December's results in terms of percentages - albeit with a 16% turnout - will not substantially deflect.
The formula is: =B4+$C$6. Dollar is an absolute symbol in the formula, meaning that C6 will remain the same; where-as B4, the turnout, could vary.
=B4+$C$6 can be extended to any number of totals in any other column on the spread sheet, so if there are seven columns (column =1seat*voters), the result will be substantially identicle, this owing to the absolute $C$6. Because of its being absolute, it cannot and will not vary!
