When the house as sold originally about 6 years ago it was a complete family house. The buyer then removed the bathroom and applied for permission to turn it into 4 flats. My dad noticed this in the planning application and asked how many bedrooms we had - 3. Dad was then able to put in a letter contesting it. So the buyer turned it into 2 maisonettes. We've had people of every walk of life there. Most of them were quite pleasant but we have also had some disruptive peple too. But at least we knew the landlord!!!!!

I dread to think what could happen but have calmed down a bit since my first post and have fingers crossed for a good outcome. We need to talk to the owner of the top flat as the guttering at the back is knackered and it's starting to impact on our wall. And we need to talk to the owner of the bottom flat about the rat situation - they seem to be living in their shed. Happy days!!!
