Homeless teenager
- 9 August 2012 09:07186532There are places in Dover that accommodate homeless young people (of both sexes); one is run by Stonhams, the other by Amicus, both are in Folkestone Road and an application is in for a third one, up my end of the road - needless to say the local residents are not happy.
I don't know why this young person didn't take accommodation at one of these places, they're all funded by KCC.
I'm not apportioning blame to any one, as I don't know both sides of the story and there are always two sides to any story - bits of truth on both sides and some emblellishment too.
