I have heard that traffic wardens have monthly targets to hit as per penalties issued. The excessive number of tickets (rather pointlessly) issued to this clearly abandoned or stolen car may simply be the result of an attendant or two trying to reach their alloted minimal quota.

Well there we are...just as the call for the police went out, here they are on the case in prompt style, sorting it all out. The pic was taken yesterday, the car is still in situ. But moves are afoot.

Interesting this, all the fuss about reporting anything suspicious which could be terrorist activity, suspect items will be taken away and maybe destroyed etc, what if there`s a bomb sitting in this vehicle, booby trapped?
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.

Lets be realistic on this, that car will have been checked by no end of police officers as will the details of anyone connected to the car, if there was anything suspicious it would have been removed days ago.

Perhaps a disgruntled conlib member left it there and has since emigrated .
