    In my opinion there is only one contender and that is Peter Nix. Although he has only been in charge for about a year he has turned the Charlton Centre from an empty dump into a bustling and interesting area and is now also involved with the rest of the town.

    Yes why is the Folkestone Herald involved surely it should be the Dover Express, most peculiar.
