So a visibly distressed patient attends his doctors and asks for help to come to terms with the trauma and grief from the loss of his son as he was not coping well. The patient adds that his sons 18th birthday had recently passed and that this event had been the trigger for his condition.
To corroborate his claims historic entries were available in the patients medical records.
Several more appointments were attended by the patient who related the above account each and every time he attended.
The patient was asked to see a counsellor, which he did, after which a report was made available for patients G.P. The report states that the patient is ‘adamant’ the loss of his son is all that is the cause of his current condition.
The doctor then had all he needed to make an accurate diagnosis, prognosis, and the trigger point that had led to the patients suffering.
So in recording a misdiagnosis the doctor did so deliberately and with intent to cause the patient severe harm.
All G.P’s are fully briefed on the dangers of grief and imperative for early intervention, accurate assessment, and correct treatment, owed to the very high probability of death to the patient in the event of the condition going untreated.
So after making the misdiagnosis the doctor prescribed drugs that unbeknown to the patient were very strong psychiatric drugs which were life changing, mind altering, emotional killing, sole destroying shite, that were a drug used to treat the misdiagnosis.
So not only was the patient drugged to near comatose state for 4 years of his life, but worse still his true condition was left untreated.
Being acts of deliberate intent this amounts to no less than attempted murder.
The doctor was fully exposed when the patient obtained his medical records that identified the doctor had not made a single reference to the patients son or any indication the son even existed.
And so instead of ending the patients suffering the doctor chose to run and hide and attempt to evade justice, aided fully and provided the opportunity by the manager of Buckland Medical Centre.
The anticipated complaint was inevitably submitted to which the doctor has never responded to or even been requested to give comment upon owed to the Buckland manager placing herself directly in front of the doctor and acting to deny and violate the patients every human rights which I will cover in my next post.
Innocent managers don’t stand down and run to hide like chickens!!!
