  Pretty anodyne stuff Howard, don't know what the public would have made of it. Very NHS speak. Reports thin and very cautiously presented.
  
  Starting year with overspend,one of main causes increased out patient activity.
  
  Clinical incidents and complaints taken over from PCT and appears quicker clear up rate.
  
  Public speaking/questions at end of session.
  
  Darren Cocker tried to bring it down to a level of plain speaking rather than NHS mumbo jumbo.
  
  Good intentions but big agenda to get to grips with and new joined up responsibilities being imposed by legislation.
  
  Fairly good start.
  
  Brian Masters? is the public's face[Lay Member] on the Board and should be used to press the professionals.
