    Britain is one of the few net contributors; if I remember rightly, something like £45 million a day.

    The corruption and fraud that go on inside it, is mind-boggling.

    40% of our trade is (or was) with the EU, it has been suggested that our exporting businesses should try harder at finding new non-EU businesses as the recession and other financial problems don't affect them so much - apart from trading with them.

    Australasia, India, China, Canada and perhaps USA could trade with non-eu countries and they'll have stronger economies.

    The EU is only easier to trade with because it is closer - the initial reason for its formation - the "Common Market".
