    I have understood Barry W.s comments and calumny to mean only one thing: that he is going to ruin my life, and all aspirations I have, and the only way he can do this is by having connections in high.

    This clearly means that Barry W is indicating that someone in higher circles is going to go about cheating and persecuting me.

    However, this will not work! I will know how to take legal counter-measures against any persons in higher circles - or any circles - who Barry W tries to influence in order to cheat me.
