Roger.I hate that building as much as the rest of you even more,and I will tell you why,I did try very hard years ago to stop it going up in the first place, I wrote letters to the press and the council of the day sayng it would be a blot on the landscape of Dover for years tocome and would also be a very bad land mark for our town because that is the only thing you will all see when coming down to the front or even just looking out of a window,but then I was a very lone voice and could not get any backing from the public,and what I said then has turn out again to be true,it got build with the backing of most at the time.Roger it has nothing to do with Flexibility but with timing you could go up to any election candidate and aske them to sigh and back you,and they would fall over backwards to do just that,and why just to get your vote,you know aswell as I do business rates can not be done overnight and the Goverment are the only ones that can do it, so as I said the timing is not right at this time, it is about who you vote in next time.I am not going to sigh or say things just to get votes I try to tell the true facts and in this case I have told you.
