    When I was first married I walked from the bay into Dover to work at 0400hrs in the morning to the D.E.W. and then sometimes back home some 6 miles each way and my wife done the same with the pram and two dogs. So you are right they do need to walk more .I love walking but my legs will not let me do it anymore and bike.
