  ive heard through the grapevine that bob goldfinger eants to charge people 5 quids a day for swimming in the harbour,so much for free swimming.

  Free swimming concludes at the end of July when funding is withdrawn. Schemes were for both elderly and organised children's schemes.
  
  These schemes are being curtailed because of PCT and government funding being withdrawn.
  
  They were only funded until next April.
