Great photos sad to think it might not happen again because they did not make it pay and lost money .
I must be very hard to make money on air shows because most of the public can get very good views of it outside the event itself so not paying to see it.

Great photos thank you.
But sad to think that was the last time it will happen they lost money putting it on.
It must be very hard to make a airshow pay for its self because the public can get better views from outside the event without any payout.

Phil, the Jet Provost is an interesting one, I notice it has the Arabic numbers 435 on the fuselage. Can you see from the tail markings in the full picture whether it is/was UAE or Jordanian? Did any other Arab air forces have the JP?

Clever of you to notice, Peter. It was a BAC Strikemaster (light attack version of the Jet Provost trainer) and was acquired from the Sultan of Oman's Air Force giving rise to its registration G-SOAF.
