12:3771666Depends, Howard, on the original motivation. Flashers in particular tend to escalate the behaviour for more excitement. Knicker Nickers tend to be more isolated and introverted. It's complicated!!!

14:5171682However Bern, with self control, there is no reason people should not be able to control their deviant behaviour.
I well remember, in the fourth form at school, one of the other pupils announcing that he was going to give up cigarettes and 'self abuse' for Lent.
After a couple of weeks I asked him how it was going.
He said it was going great, he was down to ten a day...............
and had cut down considerably on tobacco.

17:5871703Not really closed a lot, only this afternoon, as we spent the night in Watford to celebrate our grand-daughter's first birthday, and got back mid-afternoon.
Just my luck, there will be a piece in the Watford paper this week about a flasher, I expect!

18:5971716What has always puzzled me is
If a man stands naked at his bedroom window and someone sees him he is a flasher
If a woman stands naked at her bedroom window and a man sees her he is a peeping tom
Why the difference in treatment
"Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today." - James Dean
"Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength,
While loving someone deeply gives you courage" - Laozi

19:1171719As they are both exhibitionists I can't see the difference. Well, I expect I could if I looked closely enough............

19:4071734Love your post Bob, and yours Bern!
A while ago I saw a man drop his trousers outside Argos. Worried about the kids about - it was a Saturday - I went into Boots and asked them to alert the police via shopwatch. When I came out of Boots the police had him - hows that for fast!!
There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".

20:5071744I am sure I have posted about this but here goes: ages ago I was walking my greyhound near the seafront at daybreak and a guy walked past, thought nothing of it. Next thing I knew he was on the sand, butt naked, running into the sea. Clearly I covered the dogs eyes and told him not to look, but I hung around (see what I did there....) to make sure it wasn't a Reggie Perrin jobbie. He was ok, so we gathered our dignity and left. Made me smile, though. The dog was ok after a period of counselling................
