  What you are saying about Dover Kevin, is very true, but who is going to do it ?
  The Town Team should be the obvious body, but seem incapable and because they refuse to appoint a market-manager and want to do it all themselves, are ensuring that this market will be a failure too.
  
  I have given up trying to help move Dover forward; no one (Town Council, Town Team and WCCTA) is listening or taking any notice.
  The Paper on how to bring a successful street-market here was discarded, the Tourism Strategy (now updated) and the Plan of Action for Dover Town are just being ignored by the above bodies
  
  I have tried for many years to help move Dover forward with many initiatives: Dover Loyalty Scheme; Discover Dover leaflets; Business Support etc.
  
  No one I have sent the above papers to, have said they are rubbish, so I can only assume that because I am Persona Non-Grata, nothing I say will make any difference. Time to bow out.
