    No I didn't Howard; I seem to have the same relationship with the Town Team as I did with WCCTA.

    I have been told that because I don't have a business in Dover and because I am a District Councillor that I am not wanted. Anything I send them - the Tourism Strategy, the Plan of Action for Dover Town and the paper on how to have a successful market in Dover, will all be ignored - I didn't even receive an acknowledgement, so that's it really.
    Keep it to yourself though.

    I fear Colette, that the fountain, as important, attractive and valued by many people - residents and tourists alike, it is doomed; whatever it is replaced by, will not be the draw that the fountain is.
    I'm sure that although many businesses around the Market Square and Cannon Street might not realise it, they owe part of their business to the fountain, especially in the summer months.
