    Excellent news.

    Dover (pop c.30K) does NOT need increase of 20% in housing stock in AONB as breeding boxes for London over-spill.

    Perhaps DDC should concentrate on providing services for the population already here rather than encouraging even more people to move into area to use our over stretched services.
