    It was sort of like a dream match with Ukraine..the ageing former hero (Shevchenko) comes back to score the winning goals. It was the perfect script, just like those comics of old.."Roy of the Rovers" anyone remember him. Great stuff! Could be formidable opponents if they get the wind behind their sails...and with all that home support.

    England played well against France. Just as Harry said there, best we have seen from them in a long time. Maybe old Hodgson who I think is the oldest England manager for some time, if not ever, may have a good touch. He is not as old however as the Irish manager..italian maestro Trappatoni, who makes Mathuselah look like an invigourated youth.

    I think England can beat Sweden, who only played well in the last 20 minutes, Ukraine themselves might be tricky opposition.
