    Roger please not all that again that will never happen nor will the Whitfield site,it is going where it was always going the Buckland site,sorry you do not know what work and costs go into a site that needs pileing,that would cost more then building the Hospital and add two years to the work. " How do I know that? well it was part of my working life for over 40years, so just forget that.
