  Yes that is correct,that is why the survey is being done,I remember some lights falling down in Ladywell when I was walking past,that is why we are starting afresh with approved contractors,I will not say which Cllr did the previous contracting but he is no longer a Cllr,he failed to turn up at meetings so I am told.
  
  The Town Clerk although new is like a new broom and is leading the new works as yet we do not know how much this new work will cost,but it will be a lot,but we will have Christmas lights,they may not be as good or as extensive as we hoped,but it will mean budgeting for the lights again in future.
