    Dover Town Council do not have thier own electricians Alan,and because of the C**k up done previously these lights and fittings are of sub standard.Some of the lights were held up by TV ariel wire.

    The committee is working hard on this problem,and although we have made a good start the cost is enormous because they were not outside fittings,they fell down and those that didnt probably would this year.90% of all fittings were sub standard.We will have Christmas lights,and half the problem was that the previous lights and fittings were not fit for purpose.
