    Dover Town Neighbourhood Forum

    Dear Dover resident

    Thursday, 13 October 2011 'You decide' event:

    You are invited to the Dover Town Neighbourhood Forum 'You decide' event on Thursday, 13 October 2011 at St Mary's Parish Hall, Dover.

    Doors open at 5.30pm and the 'You decide' event commences at 6.15pm and finishes at 8.30pm.

    Dover Film Festival Society
    London Road Community Forum
    Dover Table Tennis Association

    In total, on the day there will be £16,141 of funding available to local community projects.

    Refreshments will be available throughout the evening and a programme and information pack will be available on the night.

    I am writing to you, as you may have attended a Neighbourhood Forum meeting in the past year, or expressed an interest in the Neighbourhood Forum initiative. Your address details are held only for the Neighbourhood Forum team and used solely for extending an invitation to you for future Neighbourhood Forum meetings and events.     This is an opportunity to vote for the projects that you would most like to see successfully recommended for DDC/KCC Cabinet approval. It is also an opportunity to hear about what's going on in the area, network with local organisations and meet your local councillors
