Vic, if it stays as it is, the Treasury doesn't get a slug of cash for it. That is why it is a non-starter. Labour have pushed us so far into the red that the government has to sell off everything that moves in order to balance the books. I am 100% behind Charlie's plans and, as an ex-investment banker, I know his scheme will fly.

My elder Son has a cruiser which is moored at the Marina,and I can say that the Marina is always busy and well used .There is nothing wrong with that picture .
