I'd just like to say that this is exactly the kind of thing I like to see lottery money spent on. A public event that pretty much anyone can attend. Well done and thanks to Dover Big Local and all of the other sponsors, organisers, performing artists, barstaff, security, volunteers, etc, etc. I haven't met anyone who didn't have a good time there.

I do wonder how many people from Folkestone and beyond may have attended, had it not been for the incompetence of many that led to the A20 being snarled up for the weekend. I do hope that's taken into account if the possibility of another one next year is being considered.

It's surviving well but does always seem to get jinxed in some way.

The first one got hit by rain of biblical proportions (which just added to the sense of community if you ask me).

Last year some funding was welched on I was led to believe.

    And this year gridlock.
