    I would like to add that I had a number of pubs in Dover and always employed young men between 20 - 30. They were all local men, some had been unemployed for a long time. They worked hard and long hours without protest and in return they were paid well above the minimum wage.
    Ihad no need to employ immigrants the local man with his local knowledge was ideal.
