19:1678821I don't do football, silly overpaid men kicking a ball from one end of a field to the other trying to get said ball into a rather large net and failing most times

.
Well done Dover.

20:3778830Having travelled up i was proud to see over 2300 fans from dover plus all the others in the ground of 7000
Birchells goal was a screamer premer league struck, a fantastic goal.
and the players played there hearts out today, its a great day for the club, and for Dover as a whole.
Apart from a short spell at the start of the second half Dover had most of the play and matched the gills in every dept. Dover keeper for that short spell kept the gills at bay.
It was dififcult to see which was the non league club today
Hessy head was down for most of the 90 mins and im sure it couldnt have helped when the Dover chant went up to hess, "your going to get the sack in the mornng"
And the gills in second half booing there players, and shouting
scally and hessy out and your not ft to wear that shirt.
Of course this is a fantastic day for Dover
but it doesnt look good at the gills, unless things pick up soon they are in danger of going downwards.
But today is Dovers day, and im proud to be there today
and yes the draw is tomorrow after the live game

20:4778832after the bad league results and humiliation to a non league outfit in the cup i feel that paul scally will be handing andy hessenthaler his p45 fairly shortly.
this will leave dover athletic with a problem, will they cave in to pressure from fans to reinstate andy as manager?

21:0378834Howard
after today I dont think the Dover board would want him back.
After chants by Dover supporters your gettng the sack in the morning
and gills chants of Scally out hessy out
and booing the players off at half time and hessy head down when they came out
I thnk hessy is a very passionate and proud man and will resign before being pushed

21:0578835Howard - don't think there will be a problem, Martin Hayes has done a fantastic job since he has been here as Manager.
Unfortunately maybe the grass wasn't greener second time around at Gillingham for Andy Hessenthaler. Great win by Dover today, hubby was there and said it was a great game.

22:3578851I was there siting on my own in the stands full with Gills Supports ,and yes as always I left about 5mins from the end but it did not matter because it was all over by the 27th min.Dover was just great the supports also great and thinking that Dover should have their old manger is wrong he walked away from Dover thinking he would do better at THE GILLS ,IT IS NOT WORKING OUT FOR HIM LIKE THAT AT THIS TIME,and I think we have the best man for the job he is doing, and yes I will put my hands up and say when he first came to Dover I did not think he could do the job,how wrong I was ,well done to them all.

and I MUST tell you by the end of the match the Gills supporters where I was siting where claping at the way Dover had played.
