Select the insert button from the emoticon section on the left of the reply box. This will take you to another page, select 'upload a file' and choose one from your computer.

click on insert image
a window will appear, look for "upload file"
then use the "browse " button. This will then bring you to your computer where you know and store your fotos.
click on a foto you like to add to the foum once done you can double click and then press upload and wait until
it becomes green. please view before press reply post :) all done ...
