17:4684567Last Tuesday it was the car we have used for many years .I dont know the registeration number. The flag is not used anymore so what makes Vic think it was the official DDC car .Mind you it doea cover a lot of miles per week as it is used by senior Councillors and Officers .

18:0584570What was your point, Vic? Should DDC invest in a tandem bike for official functions? Or perhaps a mono-cycle for those in a minority........

18:2984575The Civic car is a lease car.
It is three years old and may look new because it is well looked after by Terry the civic driver.

18:3284577you usually find that the drivers of such cars take a considerable pride in the vehicle.

18:4784587Vic
The only place the Civic Car parks at DDC is in the Chairman's designated parking spot near the front doors, otherwise it is on the road as it was today or parked in its garage.
There are many expensive cars that come to DDC offices [sadly not mine] they tend to be developers or people visiting plannning. Perhaps that tells a story.

19:0084592Yes it was on the road with driver outside the DDC office at about 14000hrs,but I did say it might not be the DDC car it was big and black and dark windows but it was a very nice car and my Skoda looked out of place next to it.

19:0584595Certainly not the Civic Car at 2.00pm.
It was outside the District at that time.

20:4184639Are you sure you saw an posh car Vic,it could have been my bike,by the way it is 2 and a half years old,and cost £89 and very little running costs,3 broken peddals and is Red.perhaps I will invest in a new one if re elected in May!

If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!
