Is this a stand by mode or are they going for the throat?
Nice pics Scotchie.

The old post office depot opposite Nettos and just down from Charlton Green and before the Jobcentre.

Picture one is a bit sad for me, I had 27 years in that depot and it looks like they have knocked my office down first.
Bit of a pain that as I left my best parker pen in the top draw of my desk.

I think your pen was on Ebay a while back along with various other things people found in the drawers !!
It's amazing how quick it is going down considering they only started earlier this week...

Good picture there Paul.

I was at the official launch of the knockdown the other day(if thats not a contradiction in terms!) and will have pictures and story on frontpage in a day or two. Bit of a delay as have had a number of things to get on frontpage. News wise its either a feast or a famine...either have loads to get on there or struggle sometimes with almost nothing at all.

I wonder what the new"hospital's" post code will be. The Post Office obviously knew a thing or two when BHD's was issued.
Phonetically it is Charlie Tango one seven ZERO Hospital Dover

Not that it matters and I am sure there was a good reason for it, but I would have thought they would have left the old bus garage until last.
The garage was a reasonably secure building that could have been used for the storage of their machines and equipment;
Still it has gone now and I am looking forward to the pictures of Burlington House being flattened.

I would imagine that this down will clear the way through to do the Multi-Story next and possible the Britannia,
We will have a six year wait for the Burlington though

Been nice knowing you :)

Its amazing that Vic has more inside knowledge than our cabinet or officers.I think Burlington House will come down when you least expect it .
