I will have to pin one of these leaflets to the wall because and I dont know if others are like this, but I never remember what Im supposed to do from one week to the next. I never remember when the recycling guys come which is currently every other week, but who knows when its the other week..not me!
They probably listen to what people say as Roger Walton says there, but at a guess I suspect the real drive forward comes from Mr Cameron's government and the need to save money.
