Karlos, it is a shame you won't be there today, but I do hope you look to get to a lot of games if you can.
What concerns me at times is the managers view on interview on results.
Although he has a good CV in the past, I do hope this plays well for the future.
We all saw in past seasons how games were lost. not by the opposition being really good, but by Dover not playing that well.
If Dover is serious in wanting to take the one automatic promotion spot then they cannot afford drop points as they have in the past.
Crabble should be a fortress, and if players don't perform then they should be told, the managers comments that he cant have a go at the players as they are a bit down after losing, is a little worrying.
I will support Dover whatever the league,

Today Dover were poor against a poor Hayes side.
Although Dover should have been 3 or 4 up in the first half Hayes it was in one of only a few chances sneaked the winner.
To win the title outright you have to do much better than todays performance.
The manager must now put a rocket up the players A*** to make sure Dover doesn't get into a habit of poor home performance,
It's no good in after match interview the manager saying he cant have a go at the players they are disappointed like the previous interview after losing to concord rangers.
£13 FOR todays performance isn't good.
unlike other posters I will always support Dover whatever league they play in

There is only one person to blame Keith and that is the Manager, Back line of 5 with a lone striker at home, Why?. It does not take the other side long to work out how we are playing.
In the first twenty minutes we could have scored at least three then we went to pot again, there are good players out there but they are being held back by the way Kinnear is playing them.
I have and always will support Dover and will be back on Tuesday but I hope he uses that game to try a different style of play.

can anyone connected with Dover let me know if the game away to Farnborough is on?
they didn't play last week as they are in administration
with a new body taken over the club submitted its plans to the league which the league will sanction if paperwork is all by sept 5th.
Anyone know?

Unless anything happens prior to Thursday then the Conference Board will be making a decision about Farnborough at 5pm on Thursday 5th and we should know around 6pm.
Thats how I understand it Keith.

From the Conference web site.
.....Farnborough FC to transfer its membership of the Football Conference to a new Company.
Farnborough FC has been given until 5pm on Thursday, 5th September 2013 to comply with specified terms and conditions which will enable the Competition's Board to consider the transfer. The club hoped it might meet the entire criterion by 5pm on Thursday, 29th August, enabling this Saturday's fixture to go ahead. Unfortunately, this has not proved possible and the club's membership of the Conference cannot be confirmed. The club now has one final week in which to comply. The transfer of membership will not be considered any further after 5pm on 5 September.
The Football Conference continues to appreciate the frustration experienced by members Clubs and their supporters, as well as those of Farnborough FC, but the Board cannot sanction a non-compliant, therefore a non-member, participate in the Competition.
No further statement will be issued until the club's membership is confirmed, or just after 5pm on Thursday, 5th September 2013, whichever is the sooner.

good result against margate
lets hope for better things
to walk away is not the best option if you want a semi professional club in Dover

I never walk away and it was a good result even against Margate it will do the lads no harm at all, they played a lot of good football 4 4 2 with a lot of passing on the deck.
I was at the ground today doing the Striker Draw and the feeling is that Farnborough will most likely get things sorted out in time for Thursdays meeting. So by the sounds of things it is looking good for Saturday but still have to wait for the official report.

Tonights the nght for Farnborough FC see if the league will allow them to play this season,
Of course even if they do, they have 5 games to catch up on.
Going to be busy time for them.
Good luck to them though
