  No smells at all..Alec. They even display light shows on it during summer so really it can be very eye catching.
  
  The biggest problem and strongest smell we get is from the green algy that washes ashore in summer. It thrives in the warm climate and has recently become the scurge of Erope. The tractors are out at low tide scrapping it up off the sandy beaches and then charged with disposing of it. The smell is akin to a busy sewerless street in a downtown Far East city if that gives you any indication as to its pong.
