    Hanging on in Limbo

    Just as people were giving up all hope owing to the cost of living, they realised that they couldn't afford to die either.

    And the Government said "but don't think that by living we'll make it easier for you."

    The crowds realised they would not be free in life or in death, not having the money to live, and not having the fare to pay the ferryman Charon to transport them over the Styx into Hades.


    And so we hanged on in Limbo...
