    Roger, there's nothing wrong with the photos (except technically, sorry Howard! ) and I think it was the Education Secretary who said recently that there is nothing in law to stop parents recording their childrens' school events despite what rules teachers and governors try to impose - but that relates to parents photographing their own children for their own use.

    I was at St Pancras station recently where filming was taking place for a tv program - there were signs all over saying this was happening and if you didn't want to be filmed then tell someone from the crew if you see cameras and they will keep you out of shot, same rules applying there as should be applied here.

    In this case one of the members has asked with good cause for them to be removed and the thread has descended into a discussion about the repercussions not the event, so it would be good manners and stop further controversy to remove it completely.
