    Keith, why did you not follow direct on with the conversation as left off with my post nr. 45 and address the points actually mentioned. I made some very specific comments and all you do is respond with general stuff from which things have progressed. The answer to your QUANGO point is contained in the thread previous to what you last posted, if you care to read it. As for the rest, well its the same old stuff you regularly churn out and containing factually inaccurate statements about Conservative policy (getting mixed it up with my views that are different...)
