what does it for our members?

That's mine too Howard along with Jona Lewie Stop the cavalry and the classic Bing Crosby White Christmas.
I am homicidal to find that bl***y tesco has tainted the Fairytale of New York.............it was one of my favourites.....

I am very much stuck in the 1980's on this one, dont often admit it but was a HUGE Wham fan and my favourite christmas song is "Last Christmas"

closely followed by the Live Aid single. xx

When A Child Is Born and Mary's Boy Child plus nearly all the other Christmas songs you can think of including White Christmas and Silent Night.
Christmas songs and carols even played non stop are great.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

I find them all incredibly cheesy but I tend to agree with Jan in #5, Johnny Mathis plus the old traditional favourites for me. I still have a 45 of Mary's Boy Child by Nina & Frederick.
I'm an optimist. But I'm an optimist who takes my raincoat - Harold Wilson
Blimey - a blast from the past! They were cool.

I am trying to forget it Howard
I like anything produced by Phil Spector - Frosty the snowman etc.
I wish it could be Christmas every day by Roy Wood / Wizard.
I also liked Rock and roll Christmas but we don't talk about Gary Glitter anymore.
