  you must be referring to the article in the rhys, kathie and yam express today.
  
  i note that a lot of the money was spent on acquiring parcels of land, an important factor in influencing a potential developer, also the fact that it could turn out to be a good investment. whether it is fuhrer paul or red gordon in charge after next may's elections, i have confidence that either will know how to handle it.
  
  the issue of consultancy fees is another issue altogether, i was chatting to a prominent journalist today who had studied a report that showed where companies had called in management consultants they had shelled out rather a lot of money and had not got equivalent savings.

  Well done to all of those guys for making it out, 10 to 15yrs ago we know what the outcome would have been.

  Fantastic to see them all out safe and sound. . That mine will not open again and lets hope others like it will have correct security measures put in place.

  actually gary listening to the chilean president today, it seems that a radical overhaul of health and safety will come into play in all of that countries work places.
  
  for example bus and truck drivers can now work 20 hours on the spin without a break, dangerous mines are working purely because of the price of copper on the world markets.
