The two funeral directors above are both very good and can be recommended. I don't think there's a bad firm of solicitor's in Dover, so whichever you choose I'm sure will do a good job.
Practical help can sometimes be more use than words, so, as many Forumites have offered their help, I also offer mine.

I attended a Humanist eco ceremony at Barham a few weeks ago for my former colleague Stan. Launder.
Sullivans arranged the ceremony and a Humanist follower conducted the celebration of life and statement of Humanist principles.
