Although I was endeavouring to keep this a lighter political thread i cant resist mentioning the EU as Alexander has mentioned it there above. I dont beleive for a moment that the Tory party is crumbling away from the PM.

I watched some of dear old Bill Cash as he introduced the anti EU bill yesterday. To tell the absolute truth like many, I didnt bother to check the details as to what it was all about, but let me just say this. Bill Cash has been rattling along about how awful the EU is for more years than i can remember, jeez I think he was doing it back in the 1980's. it feels that long anyway. Year after year he plugs away. MP's that once supported him have lost seats in the intervening years..some are probably even dead, yet still he plugs on.

Has anyone listened to him in all that time? has he got anywhere?...No!
If there was a real appetite for pulling out of the EU dear old quitessentially english Bill Cash would be PM and not David Cameron. Its true he represents a handful. Cameron has embraced the EU situation fully and totally.

This Daily Express campaigns real purpose is to sell newspapers to the disgruntled right wing.

Howard yes fairly red Ed is not quite as flamboyant but... solid...sort of!
