I'm aware of someone who has moved in there .
It's not just the cost of the flats, it's also high ground rent and maintenance and paying for warden and meals etc all adds up to big money

Walked along the path past St Andrews this morning and nothing appears to happen this year so far.

The ground work is still being done sir but they are on site,but the weather has not been good for ground work.
