  The reason it will cost so much is that it needs taking apart and all the seams re-sealing (with moss and beeswax) and re-stitching with yew withies. And we need the very skilled wood workers who built it to do that and they need paying and accomodation.
  
  So we'll see what we can do, but would be a great asset (and advert) for Dover if we can do it (and if we can prevent it getting chopped up by mindless yobs).
