My daughter went to Boots this afternoon to collect a prescription for me,she was waiting in the queue to be served, and was told loudly by a member of staff that the Methadone queue was round the other side and she must wait there for it, when she said she was picking up a prescription for her mum she was told that they had to come in for there own methadone neither of us are impressed,if it had not been for the fact that the prescription had been pre- booked via the doctors, she would have walked out, I know she has a few tattoos, but to shout across the other customers something like that is not very customer friendly, surely they have some sort of customer training to deal with the addicts, so that they don't embarrass the wrong customer's. I shall be getting my medication elsewhere from now on.

That is awful, do they not have a rule about confidentiality in Boots, I would complain very strongly to head office with a copy of the letter to the shop manager.

I have experienced rudeness in Boots, as a result I do not use the Dover branch any more. The other reason I don't use it is because they allow a convicted drug dealer to sell the Big Issue on their forecourt.

2 things
They probably get piss of dealing with the drug problems of Dover.
This coupled with low wages, pretty demoralising
No excuse for rudeness but maybe an explanation.
I have seen them getting there methadone in boots, it's sad to see the consequences of a failed drug policy, lack of punishment from a liberal Metropolitan elite.
Some of you may think me a barbarian from some of my posts,
But its only tuff punishment that will have any impact on the scum that profit from this misery.
Execution of suppliers and smugglers, coupled with proper rehab, has got to bee better than the mess we have at the moment.

That man selling the Big Issue really irritates me and certainly puts me off going into the shop, it is time he was moved on.

Must admit I very rarely use boots but i've never experienced any rudeness from their staff, surely if the manager has had complaints from members of the public he would have to make his staff aware.??
