My daughter went to Boots this afternoon to collect a prescription for me,she was waiting in the queue to be served, and was told loudly by a member of staff that the Methadone queue was round the other side and she must wait there for it, when she said she was picking up a prescription for her mum she was told that they had to come in for there own methadone neither of us are impressed,if it had not been for the fact that the prescription had been pre- booked via the doctors, she would have walked out, I know she has a few tattoos, but to shout across the other customers something like that is not very customer friendly, surely they have some sort of customer training to deal with the addicts, so that they don't embarrass the wrong customer's. I shall be getting my medication elsewhere from now on.
