Saw several trucks dumping soil on Saturday. It had been (very roughly) spread out by yesterday:

It is very odd the way earth has been spread over the site on both sides of the driveway raising the height of the ground significantly. I wonder what is all about?
Today the padlocked gates in post 20 have been broken open.

I thought at first that it was shaping up to be a motte and bailey castle, but now my best guess is an Anglo-Saxon heritage village.
