There was five new shops going up there it was all in the papers last year,then we heard nomore about it,they were making a new rd up just off the BQ round about then that stoped so I do not know where the D.D.C, are on this site,and am I right in thinking even parts of BQ are being sold off and the store will be smaller with a new one longside it.?

Alan, I presume that will be in the area where DDC threw out MacArthur Glen 's application because it was not in a retail zone ?

I think the road was built for a Dutch trailer manufacturer.

Potty. Most of Iceland's trade is from a "walking" catchment area. I can't see it happening.

does seem a strange decision if true, the bus stop outside always has people with iceland bags. i don't see them as a superstore that needs to go to a retail park.
